Ostomy Supplies

Ostomy supplies are covered for people with a:

• colostomy,
• ileostomy, or
• urostomy
• You may obtain up to a three month’s supply of wafers, pouches, paste and other necessary items as needed.
• You must have nearly depleted the supplies on hand to be eligible for additional products.
