Family Services Program
Our Family Services Program was specifically designed for those family members who live out of town. Over the years, calls came to us wanting someone they can trust to help them care for their loved one who resides here.
For years now, our staff has acted as an extension to families in over 35 states in providing daily and emergency care for their loved one who lives here. As owners who have mothers living in other states, we always wished we had someone we could call when we needed help or wanted an insurance question answered. Out of our need, we developed our own Family Service Program that has played an important role for many families.
It can be very difficult for you to become well educated in all the medical needs you may require. Our staff coordinators are eager to help you through this process by providing you with a complete range of services to provide the best of care.
Our program provides you with a vast array of concierge services to choose from. If your need is incontinence products for a discreet delivery, the set up of medical equipment, a referral to a local home health care company that your insurance covers, the rental of emergency equipment, a referral for an accredited transportation company, or re-education on safe equipment practices for your caregiver, We can assist you!
Call our Family Program Coordinators Today!
Tell them your concerns, ask us questions, and allow us to tailor a program that fits the care for your needs today. As the caring requirements change, we gently adapt to provide the utmost care.
